Company is good and customer care is also good but the intraday brockrage is so high compare to other brockers that is rupees 20 per order. It is very high for small traders who are trading for 10 to 15 quantities. Other top brockers charge 0.01% brockrage. If iifl will charge this brockrage then iifl will be at the top.

    The customer is fraud by the iifl insurance brokers ltd

    While giving policy iifl did not mention about broker. It was told that they belong to bharti axa life insurane company ltd itself.

    It was told that if i invest two lakh, i will get one lakh ninety seven thousand as bonus amount on my total seven policies. (Including these two policies)

    I was told these two policies are one time investment for three years. No such details mention on both policy. I was told it will do it.

    When i received policy booklet there is no bharti axa hospital cash benefit rider as per earlier same plan policies.

    I was told that, will issue mediclaim card for your entire family

    I tried to contact broker, he is not picking the mobile phone.

      Hi,
      My name is sudheer and i have taken the home loan from iifl homes vide home loan number - il10066808. Iifl sales executive mr ankur, confirmed me that i would be getting pmay subsidy of rs.2.67 lakh but after registree of flat, i asked him to provide reference number but he did not provided and asked me to visit his branch. I visited the branch and got to know that pmay is not providing subsidy for ghaziabad loni and iifl would not be able to provide me subsidy. His manager mr. Amit thakur was very rude and he said "jaiye apko jo bhi karna ho kar lijiyega, hamare pas bhi legal team baithi hai wo handle kar legi apke case ko". And his another boss was really illeterate he even don't know how to speak to client and he asked me to leave the office. After 20 days of registration, got to know they have not applied for pmay subsidy and also not providing subsidy.

      I want my subsidy amount to be credited in my account asap.

      I would strongly recommend to not to take the home loan from iifl home finance limited. They are looting to their customers.

        I didn't taken any loan from iifl-h but in my pan card their is a loan of 3750inr i informed to iifl housing department but they didn't respond kindly look into that so, in coming future i can take the loan. Due to this i am not able to take any loan and my cibil downs to in range of 600-650, i raised this issue in rbi, iifl company also, they are not taking this issue seriously, they might be doing money poundering that's why they are miss using the details of the their customers.

        I don't have taken any home loan from IIFL-H but In my PAN card it's showing that I have taken the loan loan details is Account number is SL1137374 opened in 13feb 2018, which not belongs to me, kindly request you to please remove this account from my PAN-BLUPA2035D ASHIK KUMAR AGRAHARI, as I live my life without any tension.i tried to contact many times in IIFL but their is a not response from their side even after I am the employee of IIFL only

        I have not taken any housing loan from iifl-h but in my pan card-blupa2035d its showing their is a loan of 3750 please remove this.

            Where i took 3 Gold LOANs from your branch. 2 where closed and one is still running, as i given my Aadhar card no. as well Pan card No. as per RBI guidelines and cibil bureau my every LOAN what i am taking or what your giving has to be update on my Cibil but after requesting you for that (I don't have to request it's your priorities as per RBI and Cibil Bureau) i am still finding no Updation yet from last 3 months( Where i requested on the [protected]@iifl.com on 10/11/2019) and got an replay on the 16/12/2019 as your request is resolved but still it's not updated. As well done on CUSTOMER CARE no. But still not done anything from your side i am getting ### kind of replays from your executives.

              I am having dmat account with your co since 2009 with id dcbahuja... My dp id is dp id [protected] cdsl.. My rm is mr. Mitesh thakkar..

              On 06.01.20, i called up rm as i required some information and details as regards one security held in my dp account. He didn't pick up phone. Again on 07.01.20, i called him up few times after which he picked up.. I asked details information which i wanted. He was not having any information or details hence asked me to call him on 08.01.20 at abt 1.00 pm. I, accordingly called him next day at abt 1.00 pm and again after few attempts he picked up and rudely said only one sentence that i could not gather details and asked me to call after 5 in evening. I accordingly called him up at abt 6.25 pm and again he didn't pick up as has he was doing for 2 days.. After a while he did call me and informed something which i was not able to listen due to network problem hence i requested him to hold so that i can move some distance to get network. Upon which he told me to call him after 10 minutes, i said better you call me after 10 minutes. He affirmed. I waited for 30 long minutes but he didn't call.. Hence i called him about 5 to 6 times at about 7.20 pm but he didn't pick up the phone.. Whereupon, i sent sms to him to call me back within 10 minutes or i will lodge official complaint against you. He didn't bother to respond via sms nor has he called me thereafter till 12 noon today, 9th jan., 20...

              I attach herewith screenshots of my phone history records of two days for perusal and you judge by yourself how mentally harassing it was to call him so many times without any pick up or call back or even a courtesy msg..

              Is this the kind of service we expect from rm?? He doesn't bother to pick up phones, doesn't bother to call back or not even send an courtesy sms leave alone the help or information that i seek... And you can ask him i have bothered him for the first time in last 1 year or so ever since he is my rm...

              I haven't experienced such a pathetic attitude towards customer in my life... Even after warning about lodging complaint, he never responded.. Is he not tarnishing your co image??? Should he not be punished severely for such an irresponsible and disgusting behaviour???

              I demand an immediate action against him..

              (I may inform by the way that my previous rm, mr. Dhrumil patel, did help me with required details and information as also went to the extent of gathering more information and come back to me soon though he is no more my rm. He responds to my calls immediately and even calls me of his own to help me even today.)

                Sir,
                I have cleared my loan(MF[protected] on 18th Nov which includes one day check bounce charges also as per their mail.
                After payment Loan statement also shows zero due But there are not ready to close and asks payment of 3208 and says it is due.

                As per repayment statement I am supposed to pay Rs. 2320000.00 and one cheque bounce charge is 590 total Rs. 2320590.00 I cleared and loan statement shows Amount Collected : Rs. 2320590.00.
                31/10/2019 Amount received from National Automated Clearing House 0.00 17709.92 94787.04 (due as on 31stOct)
                18/11/2019 Amount received from National Automated Clearing House 0.00
                94787.04 0.00(zero due).

                Still they ask 3208 as due and says total collected as 2317382 and asked many times where is my 3208 if total collcted is shows as less. No one answering this and keep on asking for this 3208 amount to pay.

                even loan statement shows total collected as Rs. 2320590.00.
                Please check and close my loan and share closing letter.

                    Dear sir i have taken home loan from your company and want to transfer the same to other bank due to low interest rate. But your company is asking me the closer charge of 4%. And at the time of giving loan your reprenstive officer told me that there will not be any charges while transferring the loan or closing the loan. So this is type of misselling done by your company. I never delayed any payment till date, i have each and every evidence of the transaction. But my cibil report showing me 2 delayed payments. If you require i will submit all the evidences.                         My name is prince i requested iifl on 10 of dec 2019 for foreclosure of my home loan no:-il10025794. I got foreclosure letter by mail on (26 of december 2019) in letter it was clearly mentioned that i have to make payment of foreclosure amount on (24 dec 2019). I want it to understand how can i make payment when the date already pasted. Due to there rules i can't make the payment after 25 of month + they will charge me 338.70 per days penal interest its means from last emi i paid till now i have to pay 338.70 for per day that is :-
                        338.70×23 =7790 (Broken period interest) charges of 2 jan 2020 + 338.70 charge till my cheque credit in there amount?
                        Its is clearly showing i (Customer) has no faults but due to there unprofessional behavior i have to pay the extra amount of almost 8500+1000 (Document charge +7074.78 (Gst)
                        And now i'm feeling cheated?

                          Jagan mohan from iifl called me and assured me that he would give me 15% + 5% cashback, if i enroll for traditional policy for sum of rs. 53000/-. He said first i will get rs. 7500/- cash back for sure and if my credit score is good then remaining rs. 2500/-. It has been 2 months he has stopped answering my calls. I need help to escalate this legally and punish these guys for false promise and not answering my calls.

                              very very poor service of iifl securities...

                              Never open an account with iifl. This is basically a one man show business.
                              You will be trapped if you open a account with them. There is not any rule regulation of their company. Now a days they are giving opportunity to open an zero balance account. Friend i am requesting you don't be trapped. There are doing fraudulent with their customer.

                                Dear sir, /madam,
                                I reside at new barrackpur of north 24 parganas. On 31st october, i ordered a product through your offline purchase section from one of byzu's counselor mr. Bishal saha (Con no. [protected]). Mr bishal told me that i will have facility to choose whether i will continue the purchasing or not and i have to choose it within 15 days of delivery. I was about to receive the product. Unfortunately an accident occurred at my house and now i am not in position to meet the cost of the product as i am not a salaried person. The delivery has not been made yet.. I informed about the cancellation to mr. Bishal over phone on the 5th nov.
                                Now, i request you to cancel the process of loan (No [protected]) against this purchase order which i have cancelled already through phone call and sending emails to byzu's representative and portal.

                                  I took loan of amount of rs. 11, 250 for a tenure of 3 months from krazybee. Since, iifl finance is the finance partner of krazybee. Now, i noticed that krazybee as well as iifl have provided credit report to cibil of same loan taken.

                                  Krazybee has provided the correct information to cibil but iifl has provided all the wrong information to the cibil including wrong tenure and several weeks of delayed payments. They reported that emi tenure is 6 months and i have paid 4 delayed emi which is completely false. I have paid all my emi on time.

                                  I raised this same complaint 11 months back and after 11 months still my issue has not been fixed and still 4 late emi payments is showing in my cibil score.
