This is to bring to your kind notice that M/S.India Island Tourism, Thirunelveli, Chennai, having one of their office at Jainagar, Arumbakkam, Chennai represented by its so called CEO
Mr.Mariappan and assisted by Ms.Revathi have cheated us for Rs.50000/-
(Rs.Fifty Thousand).They have cancelled our well planned trip to Andaman
by not sending Flight tickets even few hours of our departure time.
Our group consisted of 8 senoir citizens living on their meagre pensions.
We have sent Rs.120000/-as advance well before one month of our travel date.
As the tour was cancelled because of their inefficiency Mr.Mariappan promised
to refund the advance and refunded Rs.70000/- in two instalments.
For the remaining Rs50000/- he is showing us HELL.
Since one month I am after him for recovering the balance and till today he
has not paid.
On persistent demand from me ha has issued a cheque in my name without maintaining the required balance and the cheque is BOUNCED back from Bank.
I am initiating LEGAL action against him.
Like me Mr.Mariappan has cheated one Mr.G.R.Sudhakar of Hyderabad, India,
And also One Ms.Sathya Sai Sree Lakshmi.

Hence please initiate strigent action against Mr.Mariappan and his associates
for bringing a very BAD name for tour operators.
Under the guise of tour operator they are cheating inoocent tourists.
I will be happy if I am advised the action taken against this gullible tour
Operator.
