My name is Dhrithi Maria. I am a citizen of India currently living in Paderborn, Germany. I posted a couple of notarized documents from Paderborn, Germany to Secunderabad, Telangana on the 22nd of March 2025, under the tracking number RM[protected]DE.
I sent them through DHL (economy class). These are the updates since then till date. 22/03/2025 Item Booked. 25/03/2025 Item Received. 29/03/2025 FRANKFURT/FLUGHAFEN
Item Bagged. 29/03/2025, Send item abroad (EDI-received). After this, there have been absolutely no updates. The india post website doesn't allow me to keep checking for status updates from Germany . The server gets blocked and doesn't let me track it. There has been no activity since that day till date concerning the status of the documents. My family tried contacting the toll free number of India Post that is on the website, but the number is always busy or not available. At this point, I honestly have no idea on what I am supposed to do concerning this issue. I request the respective authorities to kindly help me out with this issue. Was this information helpful? |
