India Post — atm complaint

My atm card is stuck in mumbai nsh since 14thnov2019. When will it reach my bank??

My card was booked on 28thoct and reached my hometown on 1stnov. But due to techinal issue couldn't reach to me. Then it was dispatched from there. It's going to almost one month and i haven't recieved my card.

I have been waiting a month and it's being very hard. Please update me the status and how long will it take for me to get my card at my home branch
