India Post — Change in consignment pin code

I have an order to be received from the Shree group. They are sending the order using India post. They have given me the consignment number: ET[protected]IN. In the tracking, it is showing no person in the delivery. I want to change the pin code for the delivery as I think I have entered the wrong pin code. How can I change the pin code for the consignment before returning it to the original sender.
