India Post — complaint regarding nonreceipt of speed post article though status shows delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Taufik Khan. I was supposed to receive an important document (RC) through Speed Post bearing consignment number EB[protected]IN. As per the online tracking, the status of this article is shown as “Delivered” on 14/12/2025, but I have not received this article till now.The tracking report shows the booking office as Doorvaninagar S.O – 560016 and the destination office as Adugodi S.O – 560030. I am enclosing a copy/screenshot of the online tracking details for your reference. However, no postman has contacted me, and no one has signed any delivery slip or acknowledgement on my behalf. Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly investigate the actual delivery details and proof of delivery of this Speed Post article, correct the wrong “Delivered” entry, and arrange to deliver my RC to me at the earliest. In case the article has been misplaced or lost, please take necessary action as per rules and provide appropriate compensation. I shall be grateful for your prompt action in this matter.
