[Resolved]  India Post — consignment delivered to wrong person

I was supposed to receive a consignment with the tracking number of el[protected]in. It was booked on 31st august and i was supposed to receive it in bengaluru. I checked with the local post office where the consignment was delivered last p. O number 560037. They said that it has been delivered. I didn't receive the consignment and they haven't gotten the phone number of the person who had received it. There is no proper detail provided. I was there in my home for the whole day and there was no one who came to home for delivering the post. I want the consignment to be delivered back to me.
