India Post — consignment tracking problem

Highly disappointed with the services. I could not able to track my consignment. I tried to contect with Guwahati spead post centre but their phone is out of service. As i sent my parcel on 21/07/2018 C.no ES[protected]IN to Sivasagar DC office. The parcel supposed to delivered on 25th july but I don't know what's wrong with the postal service they did not properly updated the status till now.
