India Post — courier stuck with delhi international mail centre (dimc)

My courier (Tracking no# rh[protected]cn) stuck with delhi international mail centre (Dimc) since 10th january, 2019 and dimc has not bothered to call/inform me regarding the same.
The tracking shows i was not available during delivery but the fact is that india post has not even called me once regarding the delivery of my packet. Its been almost 2 months since the packet reached india via china post but to no avail... Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest! This is without prejudice!

The tracking shows i was not available during delivery but the fact is that india post has not even called me once regarding the delivery of my packet. Its been almost 2 months since the packet reached india via china post but to no avail... Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!
