India Post — delay in article delivery

Dear sir/madam,

I had booked rakhi through speed post (Eg[protected]in) on dated 16/08/2018 from ishanpur post office to sohil pati post office thana basant pur dist siwan bihar 841406 but article is received on 28 august 2018 after raksha bandhan. What is meaning to reach after that. Speed post reached in 4 days any where in india.. Please take action against concern person other wise i will go in consumer court and file in rti.. Last year also happened and reached after raksha bandhan.. Every time post office given worst service.. On one picking phone and not giving proper answer.. We have pay more money to reach early but this unresponsive person are sitting there.. Acknowledgement receipt is attached.. Make sure and reply with your proper answer..
