India Post — Delay in delivery due to wrong pin Code

Consignment Number- EM[protected]IN, This article was booked on 02/09/2022 from dadar and it reached kanpur on 05/09/2022, today is 16/09/2022 and I have still not recei my parcel, it has been just traveling between Banda and Kanpur repeatedly. I live in 201306 but when I tracked the consignment it showed the pin code as 210306, I also registered a complaint- [protected] about this, the article was been sent back to Mumbai, but no action has been taken yet and It contains an important document which is very urgent to me.
