India Post — Delay in delivery ( India post)

Hello sir/ Madam
My parcel has been dispatched from New Delhi Rs TMO on 4/12/2022.and it should reach by me now but there is no update on tracking since then ( after 4/12/2022)
It’s been 18 days till then... I did online complaint too but there is no update on complaint too my complaint no is ([protected]) My consignment no is (CK[protected]IN)... plz solve this issue ... it’s a request ... I am loss for not getting my parcel on time t
