India Post — Delay in delivery of Speed Post Letter

My Consignment No is ET[protected]IN. The speed post letter posted on 22 nd June from Chennai (Saligramam SO). But onwards 25 th June, it lies at Ranaghat RMS TMO. The destination city and pin code is Santipur (741404) which is 15 KM distance from Ranaghat RMS TMO . I have made complaint.The complaint no is [protected]. But there was no update there. Pls look into the matter and do the needful. As it is stuck @ Ranaghat for the last 10 days!!! No movement. Thanking You,
