India Post — Delay in Speed Post Articles and No Updates

This is regarding the following Speed Post articles booked on 20 February from Sector 01, Greater Noida (201318) to Bangalore:

As of 25 February, all three are still showing in New Delhi rs tmo. No movement at all shown by EU[protected]IN since Feb 22. These were sent via Speed Post due to their urgent nature. Complaints have already been raised, but there has been no clear resolution.
