India Post — Delay in speed post parcel delivery

Booked a speed post parcle domestic from SPP Sec41 Noida SO 201303 on 30/11/2024 to Udyog Vihar SO SGNR Rajasthan 335002. When I checked online it was dispatched from Ghaziabad Ga RMS TMO on the very same day. After 7 days it is still showing that consigmnet is dispatched from Ghaziabad Ga RMS TMO but not recived till 05/12/2024.
I needed that parcel very urgently. I made a compalint and also tweet about my issue, but didn't get any update.
