India Post — Documents stuck in Delhi transfer airport

Hello,

I sent this package from USA to India on August 21, 2021. I am unable to find any information on when the parcel will be delivered to Hyderabad. The parcel contains important legal documents.

I reached out to USPS and they opened case# DE6104026 and told me that the India team will be reaching out to me. I am not sure where to search the status of this case#.
Both USPS and India Post are showing different tracking histories. Please help me.

The last status on the USPS website shows that - Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on September 12, 2021 at 3:56 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

The last status on India Post shows that - Item bagged at Chicago on September 2, 2021.
