SO Nariman point post office
Mumbai 400 0 21

Sir,

1. It is surprisingly and regretfully found that my, mobile banking and net banking, both have stopped working.

2 when contacted your customer care people, they asked me to contact the concerned post office to activate the services again in your system at your end. They said, probably it has been deactivated for what level reason in your system.

3. Make a note, we have been using both mobile banking and net banking for the last many years without any issue through the same CIF and password.

4 so we request you to check in your system to activate both the mobile banking and net banking services for our account. Details as follows.

Saving account with you # [protected]
CIF of the concurrent account #.[protected]

Thank you.

It is important to note that in the absence of working e banking whether mobile banking or net banking, we cannot withdraw our own money from saving account or from our various FD account. Nor we can transfer any of our FD amount to our bank account to use our own money.
It is very strange to find why all of a sudden our account got deactivated? And still after our written grievance, the account was not activated. Why? And such delay amounts to hell of troubles, trauma and monetary losses due to no action by the concerned post office. Such deficiency is punishable under the consumer protection act 1986 with heavy compensation and penalty and reimbursement of all the losses we have to suffer.
Multiple attempts to contact them to their post office call numbers but nobody pick up the phone as usual as we have already lodged the complaint for no response to the calls.
It is also pertinent to make a legal note that they cannot expect me to visit personally their post office every now and then because of firstly bigger senior citizen of 70 years age and secondly due to low vision on account of multiple eye operation, which in legal term is described as visual impairment partly making the person eligible to provide all the services by the concerned post office at his door step.
