I'm unable to get otp. I tried thrice to register but don't get any otp or registration number.

Unable to receive otp. I had applied for GDS for which I have paid Rs. 100 also but while trying to apply for the post I am unable to receive Otp. Sir, I am submit my registration in postal Gds post, but haven't got otp no, plese help me.
