India Post — international package stuck at mumbai airport sorting office

RB[protected]SG for this package it is showing RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U

No movement from last 15 days, S.shot attached. Please check and confirm.

I request you to please stop the RTS (return journey) of the package with tracking id RX[protected]DE.
It would be really great if you could take immediate action.

The package was received at Mumbai Airport Sorting Office on 4th December and Mulund East SO on 5th of December.
Moreover, on 5th December, it showed 2 attempted deliveries although I was at home the complete day and even the day after.
Then, on 6th December, it started return journey without any notice or information provided to me.

I tried contacting India Post, but I was informed the package is forwarded for domestic delivery.
I called Mumbai Sorting Office today only to know that it has been forwarded to the source country, Germany.

So, I sincerely request you to please take action as soon as possible, and do acknowledge the same by sending a mail.
