India Post — international speed post delay and unresponsive customer support

Address: 'BRINDAVAN ' 115, SAINATHPURAM, ECIL POST, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500062

I had sent a parcel on 23 rd october from the so called foreign post office in hyderabad to usa i was informed that the speed post would cost 400 extra and would be delivered within 5 days, till now the status shows item bagged on 24th.
When i try to reach there helpline it says congestion when i write to their foreign post @ chennai which is mentioned on their web site it says user does not exist.
Alternatively when i try to reach there [protected]@ mail id it says inbox full.
I really fail to understand the kind of service they are offering.
The best part is the guy at the counter and the officer were very helpful
