India Post — Item lost & Misbehavior by postman

Address: Tharma,Keotsa Baruaari, Darbhanga

My postman Awdhesh Kumar Lal who is posted in Post Office Tharma, Keotsa Baruaari, Darbhanga, Bihar 847107 is very bad and he always return any parcel at my Present Address and ask for more and more money, as per tracking Record Article No:EM[protected]IN has been Delivered on 14/01/2023 12:54:19 - INDPOST my parcel has been received in his hands but still the postman is clearly refusing It is not received at my place, he may have returned or lost my parcel, most of the parcels of this location are not delivered by this postman, I request you to take strict action against this.
