India Post — Item Redirected to Pune H.O INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

I had booked a shipment with consignment number EM[protected]IN.

India post consignment tracking service indicates Current Status: Item Redirected to Pune H.O INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS.

On receiving the above status I had requested the receiver to collect the shipment from the mentioned postoffice but Postoffice is refusing to hand over the consignment.

Also, the address provided is of an IDFC first bank and the address is sufficient.

Kindly resolve the issue by delivering the parcel instead of returning it back.
