I am writing to formally escalate my grievance regarding parcel LP[protected]AU which has been pending resolution for over two years. Despite repeated follow ups and assurances from various India Post departments the matter remains unresolved.

Parcel dispatched from Australia in late 2023 held at Mumbai Foreign Post due to disputed customs duty
Multiple requests made for either re delivery in Mumbai or return to source Australia
Conflicting updates received some officials claim the parcel was returned via ordinary mail untraceable while others state it is still lying in the Transport Cell awaiting shipment

Given the prolonged delay and contradictory responses I request
1 Immediate confirmation of the parcel current status
2 Either re delivery in Mumbai or return to Australia
3 Compensation for the undue delay and inconvenience caused
