India Post — my atm card not delivered.

Hello sir! My name is bajrang saran and i am from village nandiya khurd, teh. Baori, jodhpur, rajasthan. I applied for my atm card three months ago. But my card is not delivered till now.
When i went bank and ask them about it then they give me consignment no of speed post of my atm card. When i checked the status of my speed post, i found that my atm was delivered at about 2 months before to my regional post office. So i called the post man and asked him about it. But he is saying that he lost atm. And he is not taking it seriously.

Few consignments that are sent to me are showing they are bagged in kolkatta to Bangalore there is no updates in the status and not received till today even after month i am sharing one consignment. Number RP[protected]CN

An envelope was sent through Speed Post from Bengaluru G.P.D. (560001) on 28/05/2019. The same is still not delivered. Tracking status since 29th Shows location as Bengaluru NSH.
