India Post — my parcel whose tracking number is er[protected]in

Updated by veena maheshwari I dispatched this article on 22/02/2018 & its showing online that article has been delivered on 27/02/2018 in noida sector 62 but parcel was of sector 58 & when we are trying to call on number nobody is picking phone from last 3 days .Now at present location of parcel is showing nsh noida h.O dated 14/03/32018 .I personally talked to customer but he says he has not recd parcel, i sent to post office but no one listens there .So please do help in finding my parcel or otherwise i will have to file complain against concerned autority
