1 It is very strange and regretful to observe whenever we make a call to your Nariman point post office Mumbai 400 021, nobody picks up the phone.
2 we have invested many millions in India Post under different deposit scheme and Nariman point post office is the home branch for our investment.
3. We have the right to get any query or issue when faced to be clarified.
4. Even when the call was made to the SO Mr Kulkarni to his mobile # [protected], he too never picks up the call.
5. It is to be noted that we make a call only when we need clarification and in the absence of response, we suffer facing trauma, waste of time and monitory rosses.
6. This is a clear case of deficiency and negligence on the part of India Post punishable under the consumer protection act 2019 for heavy compensation for all the troubles we face due to the deficient and negligion attitude of India Post to avoid customers calls in this way.
