India Post — No response to emails and helpline no. not functioning | |
A registered package originating in Russia with tracking no. RR[protected]RU hasn't had a status update since the 1st of July, 2020. I have forwarded inquiries to nsh.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in as well as tried calling the helpline no. for international mails, stated in the India Post website. The helpline number isn't working and I haven't received any reply to the email I sent. How can I get an update as to the status of my shipment?
