India Post — Non-Delivery of EMS parcel no- EE[protected]BD

I send an EMS parcel no- EE[protected]BD in Jamnagar, Gujrat, India from Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh on 23 August 2015. But today is 20.11.2015. Three months already left but my parcel has not been delivered to the addressee . I sent the parcel to Mr. Shivam Kanakhara, Mobile no -[protected]. He also went to the local post office lots of time but didn't get any result. I also complaint in India post (Complaint no -[protected]) . But they are saying that they didn't receive any parcel. But tracking number is showing that the Parcel has bagged from kolkata to the next destination. That means Kolkata custom has received my parcel. But after that it has been vanished.
