India Post — Non delivery of Speed Post Article No. EW[protected]IN

I have dispatched some valuables through India Post by Speed Post EW[protected]IN on 22.12.2020 from Bansdroni SO PIN 700070 to Habra SO PIN 743263 but till date it has not been delivered to addressee, nor returned. According to the tracking it has been received at Kolkata NSH on 22.12.2020, after that no information has been provided and also not delivered to the addressee till date.

I have already lodged a complaint in the India Post Portal with Complaint No. [protected] on 28.12.2020 but no action has been taken against it.Also, I have contacted with Bansdroni SO several times about it but no satisfactory response have been provided by them.
I have even mailed four times but no action has been taken nor any response from India Post authority till today.So I am in great trouble as already 30days have passed in between for a mere Speed Post delivery.

For your reference I am attaching both the Tracking details and the Complaint acknowledgement receipt and also the mail I have sent to the India Post Authority in their various departments:

but unfortunately all are in vain.

Please resolve the matter immediately as its already a month.Matter is extremely serious.
