Not received the acknowledgement for the registered post sent it on 27/06/2022

I raised the complaint in India post website. instead they the email for enclosing the delivery signature and seal. but not acknowledgement card.

i called up the concern Senior Superintendent of Posts, Tambaram.

customer care guys picked up my call and told that this the treated as proof it might be missed in trasit they said very cool.
