In most of the post offices having cbs facility, the request for work relating to customer relating to other branch also having cbs facility should happen fast. The staff of branches connected with computer and and having e mail id, should respond to queries of customer if sent through e mail.in case response to e mail sent to post office is not given by the post office staff, then what is the advantage in having e mail id of branch. Therefore standing instructions should be there for responding to queries raised by customers to respond to e mails received by the post office from the customers.
