India Post — parcel lost in transit

I have sent a parcel (Article no - en[protected]in) to my daughter through speed post on 25/10/17 and on tracking the consignment it shows that it has reached ranchi rms on 27/1017 but yet it has not been delivered to my daughter. Rms, ranchi saying that they have misplaced my parcel. Please take harsh action against them as the parcel was very costly. Its a show of huge lapse and irresponsibility by india post. This service of government is not at all trustworthy. Its very easy for a government employ to make an excuse that your parcel has lost because they don't have fear of loosing their job. Please take urgent action.
