India Post — Parcel undelivered due to insufficient address

I'm waiting for my speed post with tracking ID JN[protected]IN to be delivered to me since the last three days. It is being sent from one office to another with the remark "insufficient address".

I called up their customer service but it's not reachable. I tried to call Ghaziabad city SO where my parcel is kept under undelivered case.
The address is enough and sufficient for delivery with my flat, apartment, road, landmark and pin code correctly provided. The package also has my contact number. I tried to find the post office contact details to sort this matter, but the number available online is said to be incorrect. I had no other option but to seek help here.

The item is perishable and needs to be delivered asap. Please help me with the delivery of the said item.
