India Post — Post man asks money/bribe for delivery/handover letter

I live in DSK Vishwas Township located in Pune in Dhayari area. We have been frequently facing problems with Dhayari Post office postman, Mr. Sonawane. If something is important then, he didnt deliver it to the address, eventhough my flat was not locked, instead he drop a chit to come and collet your letter. And in post office he asks for money. We have been facing this issue every now and then please help.
