India Post — product is stuck in "transfer from office of exchange (inb)" status from past 5 days

I did order a product from AliExpress which came to India on 1st of August and is struck in Chennai. Currently all I can see is that the item is going to be shipped to Bengaluru but that has not happened from past 5 days. Normally the product should be in Bengaluru since the distance is fairly less between Chennai and Bengaluru. Tracking number: RB[protected]SG +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I've ordered 1 ear phone in aliexpress site and in their website the status is showing as it's present in CHENNAI FOREIGN POST office since 23rd July and it's not progressing.
