India Post — Registered International Parcel Not Received

Not Happy experience with India Post International Parcel deliveries.
Once, my parcel was delivered back to India from where it was posted without any notification
Second time, my parcel was stuck for over a month. Then I checked the Postal service provider of the destination country then only I got to know that Custom charges needs to be paid. There is no notification facility available from any India Post office or the postal service abroad.
This is the 3rd time of trying and the last hope to smoothly avail the Registered International parcel facility at India Post before moving to the Private ones.
Issue: My parcel was sent from India in December Last week. This time as well, it has been more than a week, it is still showing 'Received Respectable at abroad'. Still waiting for any update on India Post website or Local Registered Postal service provider website in Ireland.
