India Post — " retained by border agency/security for u "

I ordered a mouse worth ~ $80 from germany and the india post tracking says that the package was retained at mumbai foreign post office.

I have provided the tracking details with the tracking number in the image (Screenshot) below.

Can someone please advise me what to do? It has been hal a month already since my package arrived in india. I live in pune and it will be difficult for me to physically go to mumbai, especially without knowing what the actual issue is.

Can i please get in touch with a person through e-mail/telephone from whom i can get some details? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
