India Post — retained by border agency/security for unspecified reason at mumbai foreign post

Address: Mumbai Foreign Post Office, Mumbai City, Maharashtra

Courier got in india by dhl e-commerce courier service on 24th july in delhi from fort lauderdale, usa. That got sent to mumbai on 25th july where it was held at customs. Now since that day, i haven't got the update. So i called the india post customer support, and they said, they can't help me. All i can do is wait. But it's been 10 days now. Not sure what has happened to it.

Please inform me if there's anything i can do to get it. I stay in hyderabad. Its shipping address is of hyderabad address.
