India Post — Speed Post Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located

My speed post consignment says, 'Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located', but no one actually came to my place and or I received any call.

I just called the post office to check the status with them. "Watchman lifted the call and said there is no staff in the post office call tomorrow 9 am".

No staff, but the status was updated to not delivered!! And it took 1 day to even send it out for delivery. Attached the full tracking status!
