Illegal support by GPO authority to protect the criminal postman allowing tempering with our Speed Post article against bribe.
BRIEF
1 Nobody will expect such type of irresponsible reply from a responsible authority like INCHARGE IDC GPO.
2. What he has done? He said the accused is not guilty just because he is saying. So in a court if a criminal says he is not guilty, the court will believe blindly and the criminal will be acquitted. This is exactly what this officer has done. And presume public is fool.
3. No investigation. Just blindly declared The postman beat # 83 head committed no offence. What a blind officer only to favour his staff.
4. He failed to answer step by step our alligation. Comfortably ignored. Why? To favor him.
5. Answer the following points before we take up the matter to the consumer court for heavy penalty for allowing tempering against bribe.
6. The article was delivered in an open condition and it was shown to The postman who was continuously trying to press the envelop flap to close it and then he had taken the snap.
7. If the postman belong to GPO then how come Mr Kulkarni SPM Nariman point post office immediately uploaded the snap to our WhatsApp?
8. Why the external cover was missing carrying the speed post STICKER with registration number? The barcode does not reflect the registration number. And how without registration number visible on the envelope The postman ascertained its registration number to get our sign on the acknowledgement sheet against this registration number.
9. Why the snap of the article was not taken before it left the concerned post office as per the direction from India Post to avoid tempering as had always being done when Mr Buddhu was SPM.
10. Why Mr Kulkarni never responded to all our complaints regarding tempering?
11 Answer to the point step by step without beating about the bush if you really do not want to protect the culprit through illegal favour.
