India Post — tatkal passport stuck at new delhi rs tmo

Address: Rohtak, Haryana

I have to travel abroad and got my passport reissued on tatkal as passport leaves got over. Since last 5 days (25th aug) same status on speed post tracking website ye. (Bag dispatched to new delhi rs tmo). My career is on stake. Few govt departments like speed post make our countrymen suffer. Tracking no pp[protected]in. What is the point of applying the passport on tatkal. Does this happens in other countries as well. Pls help me
