India Post — The item I ordered has been dispatched from Jammu tawi RMS TMO three days ago but no updates after that

Through an e-commerce website, I had ordered an item which was booked on 04/10/2024 at Varanasi HO and had to be delivered at Udhampur HO with tracking no RU[protected]IN. The consignment has last update of 08/10/2024 in which it's showing that the item has been dispatched from Jammu Tawi RMS TMO at about 00:09:28 but no updates after that. Today is 11th and it has been 3 days I am waiting for any further updates. I had contacted my local post office regarding the item but they haven't received it yet. Please resolve it as i need it urgent
