India Post — to apply for gds post I didn't receive otp

I am Shankar.M.My registration number is CR533A444798A7.I didn't receive any OTP regarding the post of Gramin Dak Sevak Engagement from India Post . Even I have changed my old registered mobile number to new mobile number through the link provided in the home page for changing mobile number in India Post. Please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.
