Two consignments (RU[protected]IN andRU[protected]IN) have been booked on 03.08.2022 in Uttar Pradesh and the same has reached Kolkata on 08.08.2022. Since 09.08.2022, no movement till 13.08.2022. Dont know why My parcels remained there for 4 days.
My address (the delivery address) is just within 50 Kms from GPO Kolkata which is about 2 and 1/2 hours distance. It took 5 days to come to Kolkata all the way from Uttar Pradesh but the item could not be delivered even after 5 days after reaching Kolkata where's my address is just 2 and 1/2 hours away from The Kolkata GPO.
It's been 5 days after the consignments have reached Kolkata and I am yet to receive my parcels.
It's quite frustrating to see my parcels are moving in the same place quite a few times as if the persons dealing with donot know where to send the parcels.
Kol AP TMO to Kol RMS TMO,
then Kol RMS TMO to Kol CRC L1R,
then Kol CRC L1R to Kol RMS TMO ( REMAINED THERE FOR 4 DAYS),
Kol RMS TMO to Kol PH,
Kol PH to Kol RMS TMO,
Kol RMS TMO to SMO Sealdah RMS TMO,
SMO Sealdah RMS TMO to Sealdah PH,
Sealdah PH to SMO Sealdah RMS TMO.
I mean why such jugglery?
Who will take cognizance of this or will be held responsible? Such inordinate delay should be dealt with stringent action.
It is requested to the authority concerned to take appropriate steps to deliver my parcels at the earliest.
