My parcel of some important goods was booked by my sender from Sidhpur S. O on 3/12/2024 and today it's 12/12/2024, and it's stuck in How Ma RMS TMO for more than 3 days and there is no update after that. I am requesting the support and grievance resolving team to look into this matter and track down where my parcel really is. It contains important goods and I need them urgently.
