I haven't received my parcel till today's date which my father sent from Konch on Jan 23, 2016.In a parcel there is original voter-ID card which I really require in govt. exam process. After not receiving that parcel within 8-10 days of father's sending, I've complaint online at indian post on about feb 06, 2016 but there I found out that parcel has reached at my area post office. Then I have visited and contacted officers of post office but there I found out that they delivered that parcel at wrong place (in a dpmi college). I urged them to please resolve this mistake. They told me that parcel will be delivered to u in 2-3 days but from that day I didn't get my parcel till yet. Kindly help me.
