India Post — Wrong status marked without delivery parcels to receiver

I went to the post office(Choraut SO-843319) in the afternoon. He wasn't there, so I called him. And he said, it can be received today. So, I waited for his update. After 6 hrs I checked the parcel status. And status is marked as 'Confirmed Item Delivery'. How is this possible. It means the receiver is waiting for the parcel and they are enjoying that time. Every government employee is irresponsible towards his work in rural area. so disgusting. If someone's work is getting spoiled because of that, then who will be responsible. If you use private courier. They are delivered to the receiver on time or ahead of time. why, because they understand about responsibility and public satisfaction. and public are also using their services. you tell me, how people can get benefit of government services. it’s a major point of system. any one not want done job with honesty. this is not for me. I know, I will got in Monday. but which could have done before one day . now, it will be after one day.
