Received a call regarding a donation for a helpless child.
Insisted on details via email/text. Never got any formal communication. After a few calls i refused to entertain any requests on which this guy +[protected] decides to call me and provide me with an elaborate explaination on how i'm a heartless woman who cause the death of a poor child. Just to add on to the drama just like a jilted lover, he clearly thinks the entire womankind is heartless and wants kids to die despite having nurtured one in their womb.

A guy called (Mob: [protected]) me today (09/08/2018) claiming that he is from ngo and he wants financial help for a girl named "manvi kumari". He also mentioned that the hospital is vinayak hospital sector 21, noida, room no. 404. (Initially he said its 503). I told him that since i have the hospital details and patient details, i will go personally and help her (That means i refused to pay him). This person on call started talking very rude. He is trying to force me to pay him money instead of hospital. He is asking me "how will you know if you are paying the correct person. Are you god?". I laughed at it and asked "how you verified, similarly i will verify." he was trying to give me website details but i denied to listen. He also tried to tell me that if i help then god will give me this and that (This also he told very rudely). I was bugged up by this rude tone. I said thanks and i disconnected the call.

I have read many complains on consumer complain website. Same cases. Sometimes different name of the girl. But the people looks to be same. My advise to all those who are reading this is please avoid paying to such people. This is a complete fraud.

I got a call on 7th Aug from [protected] asking me for contribution.I told her that she needs to send me an email.She screamed at me saying it was sent on 4th.I was angry and disconnected the phone.She sent me messages saying I will be cursed by the parents of the burn victim.I finally contributed some 1000 ruppes today after speaking to one Ram Aggrawal.Immediately after that I get a call from [protected] urging me to pay more as more money is required.I said I cannot and disconnected the phone.He kept calling me 2-3 times again but I did not pick up the phone.

Is this NGO running an extortion racket or something.How can volunteers talk like this. Isn't it my prerogative to give as much as want, and I can choose not to give?How can I take action against this NGO?

Guys i have recieved a call from girl sakshi today her number [protected] i refused to pay them money she was asking for a child who is burnt and will provide details which is fake to earn money i am trying to save ur money brothers dont give them anything and whn i refused to pay she started abusing me i just cut her call and she was calling again and again i was surprised to see such attitude from girls shame on such kids who dnt think abut their parents

So our ngo is helping this child for the survival as the parents of the kid they are very poor and not able to do anything for their kid

Her name was neha and she call me and ask money for child operation. I told her send me proof and details of your organization, and i give her my whatsapp number for such details. After a few minutes she send me all the details of their ngo. I checked all the details from internet then i found their all details are wrong and she was a fraud lady.
It was terrible for me. I survived to tell the story.

Please not provide your persional details (Like otp, message, atm or debit card details, net banking details) to such a fraud people.

I got a call from volunteer mani regarding this case of a burnt child immediately needing surgery. She guided me through neeti ayoga site where they are registered and then led to their website showing care of the child. First they ask me to donate any amount i did 1000 rps then they ask me to donate for one injection at least costing 2500 rps, to which i did not agree. After 15 mins they called me back said that child is in icu needs 11000 rps urgently. I refused to pay they kept me messaging.

After two days i got a receipt from them regarding my contribution. I don’t know how legit it is.

This has happened to me several times.
I get calls from Indian Rehab center regarding help for some patient and in middle of the day at work time.
When i tell them to call me later, they send whatsapp and text messages again and again saying following :
-Please show humanity
-God is watching you
-I am joining both my hands
-I am begging
-Dont Ignore it is someone's life

Plus they keep calling from different number each time.On asking to keep my number in DNC for their calling list, they start talking inappropriately like Why am i speaking this way when they are only asking for some help and how heartless i am.I earn so much and i cant help a poor person. Also they send images of the patient.

And mind this, this all happens during the daytime when i am at work and between meetings.
Registering this complaint after tolerating this for 6-7 times and loosing my temper on the caller.
Request the authorities or whoever is reading this to take some action against this organization as they are torturing people for charity.
Charity is our choice and should not be pushed to do the same by using these kind of words.

I've been receiving calls from different numbers from india rehab centre ngo seeking donations for sick children. I've donated once, little did i know then that it's a fake ngo. I've been asking them time and again not to call me but still they do so. A few days back i spoke to one of their senior members, strictly telling him not to make any more such calls but i received similar call today. I made it clear again that i did not intend to donate any money but he compelled me. Moreover i told him that i do not wish to receive any more calls and i hung up. A few minutes later i received an sms full of abusive language. He even cursed me that same thing will happen to me and my child. I'm expecting my first child and this chap is cursing me because i turned down his fraud call.

This is the 4th time in the last 2 years i am getting a call in the name of india rehab centre. He said his name is nihal[protected], and was compelling me to help a 1.4y kid named navi who suffers burns. I refused multiple times, but he called again and again and was almost trying to emotionally blackmail saying that not helping would affect my family etc.,
I asked him to send details from his personal mobile. He sent a list of docs & pictures of a kid from another number ([protected]).
I took the phone number of the hospital (Vinayak hospital[protected] from google and called. A lady who picked the call was ready to say "yes" for the question. When i asked further details, she gave a hospital staff number (Rajan-[protected]) who knows the details. I called and asked him to confirm details (I gave a different patient name, different date, different age). He said "yes, yes.. The patient has been admitted for burns and is in critical stage" and confirmed he is working in the "burns" department. That clearly explains how the system works.
There is a contract between the vinayak mission phone attender (Or the hospital itself) and this fake ngo. The phone attender passes every lead to the ngo representative, who is instructed to confirm every caller that the patient information is true.

Now i started to chat in that whatsapp number.. I asked him the hospital contact number. Smartly he shared number from google. I now asked him to send a selfie. He sent a lady's photo saying his name is shweta yadav???.

I said i have complained about the fraud and will give this photo to the police. And also said that the shared photo should also be a fraud. He removed the photo immediately (I should have taken a screenshot... I missed), and started cursing that i am no different from a ###, god will punish me, he will file a complaint etc etc.,

I have recorded all the calls (Nihal's, hospital's and rajan's) however. But unsure of how to take this up further.

Guys, never ever send any money anyone who tries to get sympathy.

Today I got a call from [protected] in name of India Rehab Center asking for help for a poor 1&1/2 year old girl child fully burnt, to deposit money of Rs. 36000/- urgently for the treatment and surgery. He said his name as Akola, Maharashtra. As I told him that I was travelling and could not open the website provided, so he sent some details of the company pan card no(AAATI9872N), Income tax letter, child burnt pictures etc through whatsup no [protected](Charity Rajasthan), and started giving calls from [protected](India Rehab, Delhi) & [protected](Shasank. Chaturved, Rajasthan).
Please clarify the same and find out whether it comes under legal Social worker.

Wonder where they have got my Contact details from. On being asked this they had some logic of getting the list from blood donation camp, which I know for sure is untrue as till date I haven’t donated blood ever!

On my refusal to relent they are sending me rude and abrasive messages. Wish somebody takes some action towards these people.

I went there for treatment, n my half of my cloth were taken by the staff n counsellor, my parent send me requirements & half of the requirements was scammedंंंंं, they take lots of money monthly n food was everyday veg limited everything, worst food, in every thing they used to beat us, n slang word was there daily used, they don’t wash there clothes, but they give order to other patients to wash that, no counselling in a day.
Some of the staff are there they tried to flirt with parents, that is not a rehabilitation we should stop that coz there no staff or counsellor are in recovery, how a patient can be, n sometimes x-patients come to visit or come to stay for a night they hide n bring drugs n used inside it coz I nly used it there inside, that is not a treatment it should be stop. (( BLESSING FOUNDATION))

I got a call from this ngo india rehab center asking for donations for a burnt child. The guy gave me a website to cross check www.indiarehabcentre.org.
i dontate 1000rs through their webste. Then the ask for more money. which genarate me doubts about the call. when i googled i realized that they are total frauds and in this website www.consumercomplaints.in also have lot of complaints about them.and child pictue they watsapp me, is alreay they used fraud to another person 3 months back, which he also complained here, both are same pic.

I was called by the number [protected] ;[protected] regarding the burn issue of Manvi Kumari. The girl told that the child is critical and needs medical care that requires money. After checking on google I realized it is fraudulent and they are fake. When confronted they started using abusive words and threatening me.

I would urge you to take necessary actions.

Hey i also got a call asking about the help of baby manvi kumari then i donated in this organisation and i have been to delhi then i visited to india rehab centre where in there are taking care of kids who are physically challenged so i felt it is not fake org. They are working with the proper channel and they have a prper management as well. I met with the doctors as well so they expained me all the thing.

Same guy and same photo of the victim have been whatsapped to me. His aadhar number, patient details also whatsapped. He was calling me and asking for donations for around 1 week. Funny part is the victim was deadly serious for these weeks and continued to battle for his life. They will talk only in hindi and broken english. They have been taught a very good tactics in this phone conversation and it is
1) they beg for donation
2) they send you pictures to make you belive.
3) they make you panic
4) if you delay in depositing money, they humiliate you, make fun of you, use bad words, msg you etc
5) always remember that no organizations begs continuously to deposit money and use these tactics.
6) these are trainees who work for low salaries and their main aim is to make you deposit money and get their commission.
7) they have explanation for why their phone numbers are under spam in truecallers.

It’s a new form of scam which we are getting used to and some victims say well educated have fallen in this scam. So next time when they call you always make a point that you won’t deposit and they will back off from calling you.

I've received a call from ngo darpan on 25/06/2018 from [protected]. They've asked to donate money to the website while they were on a call with me and they were not ready to hang up the call. When i said i need sometime to think about it, he guy started being abusive over the call. I hung up the call and later they started sending abusive messages.

I've called the ngo darpan headquaters to report this number and they said it's a scam call and no gov ngo would call anyone asking for money

Today morning i got a call from your center (Her name was miss uma, number from where i got call -[protected]) regarding some help for a child and i was in mid of meeting but still i hared everything properly and then i said her i cant help you in same then she started saying that which kind of mother you are, why are you not helping, you dont care for a child you are so unhuman and when she started saying this i cut the phone. Then she sent me a text message "shame on u... Ek maa hokar uss bachhe ka dard nhi samjh sakti... Bhagwan na kare kabhi aap ko bhi ye din dekhna pade aur koi aap ki help na kare"

Really you send such a pathetic message to every customer who don't help you

I even got the same call today by some lady name vidya and gave me the same thing about kid in surgery where they are asking for money and to support. I told them i will first verify and if find you guys legitimate then will surly help. But as agreed with all you guys the link they gave is fake and they are surly not legal to me. Also they are doing too much follow up, i myself been involved with many charity work but this way we never did follow up with clients. Pls do advice where else we can put complaint about such people so can those people be saved who are not aware of such crooks.
