India Shopping Marts — Fraud

Dear Concern, This is to inform you that, I received a call from India Shopping Mart stating ( Sonia ) that, my name is shortlisted for the offer and I am asked to shop for the amount of Rs:5999/- to avail the offer. Accordingly I ordered the items for Rs. 6500/-. Again I received a call from India Shopping Marts and the lady confirmed me my order and confirmed me that I got the price of Rs: 95, 000/- and congratulated me and said Account department will call me. I received a call from account dept and conveyed me the process and asked me to pay 15500/- for processing and Tax amount. First I refused for the offer and requested for the purchased items only then he said without this process India Shopping Marts will not release the product. I sent Rs. 15500/- through internet banking and the representative told me that I will receive Rs. 1, 10, 000/- by the next day. On next day, I called and they transferred my call to so called SBI branch officer and he told me to pay Rs. 10000/ as a processing fees. I refused to pay money and asked India shopping marts representative to return my Rs. 22000/-. From that time I called almost 1000 times. But every time they given some reasons and fooled me. Many a times they just received my call and kepy receiver as it is. Also many of numbers were switched off. Following are the names of representative with whom I had talk: Barkha, Shweta, Malvika, Anurag, Kunal, Amit, Mohit, Tarun. Complaint Number is: 654701A340. But I did not get my issue resolved. Please find the below details of accounts in whichever I transferred the money.
