India Shopping Marts — Non refund money

Dear Concern, I have received one offer from India Shopping Marts on 31 Jul 2015 to purchase one product on line and win prize in writing mail and telephonic calls . According, I have booked one Sony Cybershot Camera worth Rs 5999/- and they have confirmed that I won cash prize Rs 95000/-. After that they told me to make payments( Rs 15656/-+ Rs 17500/-+ Rs 10000/-)=Rs 43156/- towards tax and RBI document preparation charges which will be reimburse along with benefit of Rs 95000/- i.e. total Rs 138156/- to be credited in my bank account. This is also in written mail. So I did all the payments finally on 07/08/2015 and they have confirmed me about file completion process and my total benefit for Rs 138156/- will be credited within 4 hours. After that they have not credited the benefit amount to my account. I have written all correspondence to them but no positive response from their end. Finally I inform them in writing to refund( Rs 43156/-+Rs 5999/-)=Rs 49155/- by cancelling my order within 10 working days which they promised me in writing mail also.
